The Pilafly Method
Pilafly is a progressive Pilates training system designed to build strength, mobility, and long-term movement quality. Using a combination of reformer, chair, and springboard work, our classes are intentionally designed to deliver a balanced approach to movement — combining strength, control, athletic challenge, and recovery.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to advance your practice, each class is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

🌸 Pilafly Try & Fly Intro
Level: New Clients / Beginners
Length: 20–30 minutes
Cost: Complimentary
A supportive one-on-one introduction to our equipment including the reformer, chair, and springboard (as appropriate). You’ll learn foundational alignment, breathwork, and core engagement in a calm, welcoming setting designed to build comfort and confidence. Perfect for anyone new to Pilates or curious about the Pilafly experience before joining group classes.
🌿 Pilafly Foundations
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Length: 50 minutes
A full-body class focused on strength, stability, and efficient movement patterns. You’ll explore reformer, chair, and springboard exercises with attention to alignment, breath, and controlled execution.
Ideal for clients building their Pilates foundation or refining technique for long-term, sustainable progress.
🦋 Pilafly Fusion
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Length: 50 minutes
A dynamic, flowing session that blends reformer, chair, and springboard into creative, seamless sequences. Expect elevated transitions, balance challenges, and layered progressions that enhance coordination, endurance, and control.
Designed for clients ready to move with greater precision, fluidity, and strength.
💪 Pilafly Restore
Level: All Levels (modifications provided)
Length: 50 minutes
A slower-paced class designed to support your strength training and keep your body progressing. This lengthening and recovery-focused format helps restore mobility, rebalance the body, and improve overall movement quality.
Through controlled movement, supported stretching, and intentional breathwork, you’ll improve flexibility, joint health, and muscular recovery.
Perfect for active recovery days, stress relief, or complementing more strength-focused classes. Leave feeling longer, lighter, and more aligned.
💪 Pilafly Strong
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Length: 50 minutes
An athletic, high-energy class designed to build strength, endurance, and visible muscle definition. Expect longer holds, layered progressions, controlled tempo shifts, and dynamic sequences that demand focus and full-body engagement.
This format challenges stability, power, and precision — ideal for clients ready to push their limits and elevate their performance.
Not recommended for beginners or those seeking a slower-paced class.
💪 Pilafly Flight (Jump Board / Cardio Focus)
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Length: 50 minutes
A dynamic, low-impact cardio class using the reformer jump board to build endurance, coordination, and full-body strength. Expect rhythmic jumping sequences paired with controlled resistance work to elevate your heart rate while maintaining precise Pilates form.
This class challenges stamina, control, and flow — perfect for clients looking to add an athletic, energizing dimension to their Pilates practice.
Beginners welcome, though some foundational Pilates experience or familiarity with the equipment is recommended.
🍃 Pilafly Light Strength (Slower Pace / More Support)
Level: Beginner / Slower-Paced
Length: 50 minutes
A slower-paced, highly supported class focused on alignment, control, and intentional movement. Using lighter resistance and smaller, precise ranges of motion, this class builds strength, stability, and body awareness in a more individualized, supported format.
Ideal for clients who prefer a more measured pace, are returning from injury, or are looking to deepen their understanding of foundational movement patterns.
Not recommended for clients seeking a fast-paced or high-intensity workout.
